On Friday, August 14th, the VAW Riders road to Sierra View Cemetery in Olivehurst, California to join the Patriot Guard in standing a flag line to honor Ronald Weaver at his internment services for his service in the United States Air Force.

Ronald Weaver joined the Air Force in 1954. He served his enlistment and was discharged. After a while dad rejoined the Air Force and reached the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. He retired in 1980 at Beale AFB. Chief Master sergeant Weaver served in Vietnam and was awarded the Republic of Vietnam gallantry Cross with palm.
