On Wednesday, June 15th, we made another donation of an electric wheelchair to an individual in need. The wheelchair was initially given to the Elk’s Lodge to have some parts replaced which were purchased and donated by an Elk’s Lodge member from the Preventative Maintenance crew which consisted of James von Bergen and Doug Kelly; The main parts that were replaced were the batteries along with a new charger for the chair. Light maintenance and a tune-up was performed by the PM crew in order to make sure that the chair was ready for reception.

After the maintenance had been performed by the members of the Elk’s Lodge, the chair was presented to Tevita Tausinga, an amputee in need of a mobility chair.
